The database does not correctly reflect my MR safety training

MR safety training records must be administratively entered into the database after the safety trained person has created a database account. It may take a couple of days for records to be brought up-to-date.

I work for Dr. X and I got a database account, but when I try to schedule, I get a long list of reasons I'm not allowed to schedule. What do I do?

If Dr. X has not already done so, he or she needs to get an ALBMC database account. Once Dr. X has an account, he or she can delegate various tasks to you. Yes. You still need to describe the project and upload a one to five page description. This will facilitate verification that your project has previously been reviewed. Projects previously reviewed and accepted will get expedited handling with no additional review.

I don't see places to schedule TMS studies or PET studies in the database. Do I need to enter information about TMS or PET studies?

Yes. Scheduling for TMS and PET will convert to the database in the near future. Please go ahead and enter the information pertinent to these modalities.
