Syngo software doesn't load...

After starting up, if the Syngo software does not come up after a reasonable amount of time, re-eject the scanbed out of the scanner. With no success, restart the software. On a fully black screen, click the "Start" option and select "restart Syngo MR." If this doesn't work, select the option "Reboot" wherever possible.

To move the scanbed...

The motion of the scanbed can be controlled using either of the identical joystick controls just to the right and left of the scanbed.

The joystick controls both vertical and horizontal motion . When the scanbed is fully out of the scanner, the stick controls up/down motion, just before a certain point when horizontal motion is engaged. At this point, moving the joystick up will slide the scanbed inside the scanner, and down will move the scanbed out. The green display at the top front face of the scanner will tell the location of the scanbed. Details on how to move

To Monitor errors

If an error appears, click "System" in the upper menu bar and select "Control." Click the 3rd tab "MR Scanner" for a list of potential errors. Click the diamond icon (bottom menu) to view a verbal report of error. Click here for pictures
