Scanning Steps:

Follow these sequences to operate the Siemen's MAGNETOM Sonata and Allegra MRI scanners

(See below for a hardware/software guide)

If Syngo software does not appear on the control room monitor after moving and clicking the mouse, the system needs to be turned on.

A:

Turn System On

Setup for a New Subject

Step 1: Preparing a subject in the scanning room

i - Position subject onto the scanbed

ii - Putting the head coil on

iii - Zero the subject to scanner

iv - Move subject into scanning position

C:

Scan and Process Data

Step 2: Register a subject

Step 3: Start a scan

Step 4: Remove subject from the scanner

Step 5: Save or send a scan to a CD or computer

Step 6: Delete archived data from the computer

D:

Terminate Scanning

Step 7: Leaving the system: (standby, logoff, shutdown)
