On the top of the intercom, the large red Stop Scan button will terminate a running scan. The button must be pushed twice to ensure intentional termination.

Along the right side of the intercom is an ear graphic and button. This button toggles sound on/off from the scanning room. The pickup for the scanning room is located on the end of the scanbed closest to the control room.

The button with the music graphic toggles the input of music on/off into the intercom system (not currently functional

In the middle of the intercom is the microphone / speaker mid-panel. (sound is emitted and received here. )

The third, bottom most button on the right side of the intercom is the microphone toggle of the intercom, with which to talk to the patient.

On the left side of the intercom are the knobs for voume of the speaker from the scanning room, and a knob for the volume of the microphone on the intercom.

On the left side of the intercom are two switches, a CBT switch and a TRIGG switch
